DESIGN STATEMENT
The Confectionery combines nature-inspired elements with a serene color palette of soft blues, purples, and oranges, incorporating timber accents and custom metal pieces for a warm, modern feel. This heritage site, once the Former Sydney Confectionery Company, has been transformed into a rum distillery/bar, fostering a tranquil, interactive environment where design, colour, and texture create a unique and inviting atmosphere.
